Squidhead .9.9.1 released

Mostly bug fixes. Who knew adding threading would be so hard.

Also fixed an issue with stored procedures with "fake table names." Basically when "usp__action isn't a table, it was throwing an error. This is wrong behavior.

Terrence P Ryan's Gravatar Mostly there were issues dealing with threads. Cfthread requires the same sort of careful local scoping that persisted functions do. Some functions and stored proc's weren't being created.
